The Bridgit Group offers facilitated workshops in each of the 10 PMI® PMBOK® knowledge management areas (integration, scope, time, cost, quality human resources communication risk stakeholder management and procurement), as well as IPMA GPM ® Green Project Management. They are conducted by project managers with an extensive experience in the field who meticulously cover every aspect of all five phases from initiating through to closing a project process.

It is vital to have strong teamwork and project facilitation, managed by neutral and impartial facilitators, throughout the entire project life-cycle in order to ensure a project’s success. For this reason, we developed ZOUD (the Zone of Uncomfortable Debate). Many core team members are good at voicing their commitment during workshops without actually carrying them out.
One problem with core project teams is that they often voice their commitment to agreed strategies during a workshop, but have no intention of carrying them out. To fix this, the Bridgit Africa Group will conduct a one-time facilitation workshop to bring issues on track or improve team relationships during the Project Management process. We recommend working together throughout your entire project cycle for continuous improvement and facilitating these kinds of workshops!
