Unless otherwise stated, Assessly's question bank, explanations, software, interface, graphics, assessment structures and associated materials are protected intellectual property.
Copying, recording, scraping, extracting or systematically reproducing assessment content is prohibited without prior written permission.
We aim to keep Assessly available and functioning reliably. However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.
Assessly may be updated as examination requirements, learning methodologies and platform functionality evolve. Features, questions and content may therefore be added, updated or removed from time to time.
